The game feels unfinished. Every time I die, the game needs to reload. The level seems randomly generated, and not in a good way. Sometimes, there is an unavoidable scissors right at the start, sometimes a -100 circle is placed right behind a +200 one. At the start it says press Left and Right arrow keys alternatively, but that's not true - pressing them at the same time gets the job done as well.
Haven't finished the game yet, but then I don't really want to. Graphics look like a random collection of cliparts, there is no consistent style. Then there is this sound effect that's repeated endlessly in the background, which I find really unnerving.
I would suggest putting some more work into this.

I have to consider the game has been done in 48 hours. Still, it has some serious flaws, that could easily have been fixed. After clicking on the Sydney Opera House, the arrow keys do nothing; I have to click on the Flash frame again to even start playing. By that time, I'm usually 1-2 hearts down.
There is no death animation for the shark, upon dieing, the screen changes instantly. Not waiting 1-2 seconds and letting me realize what just happened and why I lost, is just horrible game design.
I do like the retro-style minimal graphics, though. The death animation for the little humans is particularly well done, and the music fits the style of the game.

Name is misleading - where are the cubes, I see only squares!
The concept isn't exactly new, it's just a copy of the plain old Snake game I've known 10-15 years ago. You can play this for days if you are bored enough.
What I miss is at least a little spark of innovation. The only thing you do is count points. There are no upgrades, levels, special effects, sound effects, or music. I'm playing this on the internet, yet the game does not even offer me to share my highscore with others. That's a lot of opportunities wasted.
As far as I can tell, there is only one background image, which is not very pleasing aesthetically, as there are diagonal stripes, which go against the minimal quad design of the snake and collectibles.

his game has a lot of bugs.
When I try to simultaneously drain both soul containers by clicking on the second lever while the first one is still processing, the first one gets aborted, and ends up in an invalid state. The game still continues in the background, e.g. pressure increases in lvl3 when you are already fired and the scoreboard is displayed. The phone rings even when you are currently holding a soul, leaving not enough time for to answer it if you don't want to abort the judging (annoying, should be avoided).
I imagine the list goes on, I only played for about 10-15 minutes.
Certainly not my type of game, as I'm not the heavy multitasker - I get annoyed quickly when a lot of stuff is going on. Also, all I have to do is to make a series of click-and-drag movements as quickly as possible. The game constantly tells me what to do and does not give me a lot of creative freedom to develop strategies, etc. When I fail, it's usually because I was too slow.

The game tells you what to do in the firsts levels, to teach you some technics. In the other levels, you're free to play as you want (if you don't want to care of the phone or letters, you can).
The secret to win and make a great score? To be multitasker :)
Thank you for your feedback.

The level design is ok, everything else needs a lot more work. The graphics look a lot like placeholders, and there are only two levels.
Plays like an early prototype. Could be an interesting game, but isn't there yet.

Feels a lot like a clone of the very popular Angry Birds. Gameplay is solid, but both artwork and physics could use a little more polishing.

Good concept, but could use some more work. I like the idea, graphics, audio. Really like the retro style.
Balancing could be improved - beetles, spikes, lava, worms: too easy mines: way too difficult. Some levels are nearly impossible because the mines go off. Also, every time a mine explodes you die, doesn't matter how far away you actually are.
I also kind of miss meaningful items to collect. Powerups, Upgrades maybe? Bones are only for points, and that gets boring.
Would be nice to see some kind of overall progress. So far I don't know which level I'm in and every level kind of ends the same way.

Nice game, but it got boring way before 100%. Music is a tad too repetitive, too.
Another minor complaint: The controls could be better, I think you should build in acceleration, it can be frustrating if you want to make small movements to reach a green block or jump to a small platform and movement starts at nearly full speed.

Does not work in Google Chrome. Ad screen hides the mouse cursor and "Continue" button is unclickable.
Got it working in Firefox, still not impressed. Feels unfinished, really. Controls are not very intuitive or anything, it's basically just audio clips assigned to random keys on the keyboard. Just some tiny extras and it would be tolerable as a submission. As-is there is not even a visualization or anything, just two badly designed static screens.
My opinion: you should polish this a lot more before releasing it on the web.

It's an inspiring story and all, but that doesn't rectify a 5-star rating. I'm rating the game here, not the story behind it.
Interesting concept, captivating atmosphere. The music fits the retro style pretty well.
The mini-games are not very interesting, however and the graphics could use some more work. I wouldn't play it a second time, and the game is also very short.
